Malted Milk Rounds



Ingredients
4 Cups Flour
¾ Cup. Malted Milk Powder (plain)
2 Tsp. Baking Powder
½ Tsp. Soda
½ Tsp. Salt
1 Cup Butter
2 Cups Brown Sugar (Packed)
2 Eggs
1/3 Cup Sour Cream
2 Tsp. Vanilla

Measure flour by dipping method. Blend first five ingredients. Cream butter, gradually add sugar. Blend in eggs; beat well. Add half the dry ingredients, mix thoroughly. Add sour cream and vanilla. Stir in rest of ingredients. Chill dough at least 4 hours or overnight. Heat oven to 375°. Roll dough ¼ inch thick on well-floured surface. Cut into 2 ½ inch rounds. Bake for 12-15 minutes.  Cool and frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
Makes 5 dozen cookies.
